Delete your account and data

These instructions apply to PureLens for Android, package com.purelens.app.
Delete in the app
Open Settings, choose Delete account and data, and confirm. This permanently deletes the account, uploaded originals, processed results, purchased and earned coin balances, reward ledger, and usage records.
Request deletion by email
Email rabieelidrissi1@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will complete the request within 30 days.
